  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs, or peak seasons.

2. Delivery Policy

2.1 Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will make up to two delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for reshipping.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Tesoro is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

2.3 Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery fails due to the recipient’s unavailability or incorrect address, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible, the item must:
    • Be unused and in its original packaging.
    • Have no signs of tampering or damage.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items.
  • Items purchased under clearance or special promotions.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost after verifying the issue.
